Job Title Testing Engineer Location Khakhariya Savli, Vadodara Apply Now Education Diploma/BE Electrical Experience Required 1-4 Years Experience 1. Carry out routine electrical testing of Transformer bushings as per IS/IEC/IEEE Standards. 2. Preparing test reports and maintaining documentation with proper traceability. 3. Carryout failure investigation for failed products and generate Corrective/Preventive action report. 4. Prepare/Maintain troubleshooting guidelines for Test equipments & machineries. 5. Preventive maintenance of test equipments to avoid frequent breakdowns. 6. Co-ordinate with external agencies for conducting Type/Routine tests on transformer bushings. 7. Co-ordinate with sales team and managing customer inspections. 8. Prepare/maintain testing data of products and do statistical analysis with 7 QC tools. 9. Prepare / Maintain documentation as per NABL requirement. 10. Prepare/modify the SOP for testing lab as and when required. 11. Ensuring timely Calibration of test equipments, review of test reports etc. 12. Good communication skill with testing operators to get higher efficiency in testing output. 13.
