SCADA Controlled Autoclave system
In 2020, YASH made major addition of a brand new autoclave system with fully automatic vacuum drying and oil impregnation cycle management for OIP condenser cores processing, in addition to the existing autoclaves.
This doubled the annual capacity for condenser core impregnation to about 7000 units total.
Fully integrated Oil Storage & Handling system
Our fully integrated facility for Raw oil storage, Processed oil storage and Used oil storage, with online re-filtration provides efficient oil management for the production of large batches of OIP cores across all autoclaves.
Online Bushing Oil Flooding System
Brand new automatic oil flooding and levelling system commissioned in 2020 augmenting the existing production capacity and increased process capability of oil filling under fine vacuum.

For purpose of dry insulation filling between Hollow polymeric insulator and active part of Resin Impregnated Paper (RIP) condenser bushings.

Best in class space saving Handling equipment like Pillar mounted JIB cranes allow efficient utilization of production space.
Vertical storage stands movable by battery operated forklifts, help establish an easy and flexible movement of products between work-stations.
Another aspect taken very seriously at Yash is the robustness of packing quality, which enables easy unpacking/repacking by customers yet maintains transit safety or long term safe storage.
