To achieve the Budget Target (Order Intake, Revenue, collection) Techno commercial discussion with customers Order processing to internal sales to Book the order Competitors Mapping – gathering the information from competitors. Receivables Management: Collection reviews & follow up to ensure the target is met. Reviewing consistently with sales team to push them to achieve their collection target. Projection for new product / Marketing for any specific requirement.
