Brief Job Description:
1.He will be the single point contact for the regional Sales team members for coordination with factory.
2. Scope will include both Pre-sales as well as post sales coordination incl. providing support to Regional sales team for timely submission of offers to customers, reviewing and comparison of the order received in consultation with regional sales team post receipt of order, commercial closures, if any, coordination with end customers directly or through regional sales team for dispatches and related collection correspondences.
3. At factory end, the scope will include coordination with operations team for readiness of product as per the plan and timely communication of updates from operations team to regional sales team and vice-versa.
4. Coordinate with accounts and finance for preparation of receivables due, follow up with regional sales team for timely payments and settling of the payments once received in the accounts by submission of receipt advices.
5. Coordination with regional sales team for timely closure of open Inquiries and offers.
6. Study of open offers submitted and support regional sales team in converting them to orders.
7. Preparation and submission of monthly MIS to Management
8. Conduct contract-review and clarify all technical queries for completion of drawings
9. Co-ordinate with client along with Sales Rep for approval of drawings
10. Resolve commercial issues with Client
11. Enter Order details in ERP for information of all concerned and timely order management
12. Manage the communication with the sales department and customers
13. Manage Claim in case of scope change, obtain Purchase Order Amendment incl. delivery extensions
14. Monitor overall execution process till dispatch
15. Compile send order related as-built-documentation to customer after dispatch
16. Ensure completion of all formalities to enable
Carry out routine electrical testing of Transformer bushings as per IS/IEC/IEEE Standards.
Preparing test reports and maintaining documentation with proper traceability.
Carryout failure investigation for failed products and generate Corrective/Preventive action report.
Prepare/Maintain troubleshooting guidelines for Test equipments & machineries.
Preventive maintenance of test equipments to avoid frequent breakdowns.
Co-ordinate with external agencies for conducting Type/Routine tests on transformer bushings.
Co-ordinate with sales team and managing customer inspections.
Prepare/maintain testing data of products and do statistical analysis with 7 QC tools.
Prepare / Maintain documentation as per NABL requirement.
Prepare/modify the SOP for testing lab as and when required.
Ensuring timely Calibration of test equipments, review of test reports etc.
Good communication skill with testing operators to get higher efficiency in testing output.
Managing internal/external audits and comply its requirement in testing lab.
